About Flutter UKI
Flutter UK & Ireland are the UKI region of Flutter Entertainment. They unite a dozen brands including powerhouses Paddy Power, Betfair, Tombola and Sky Betting & Gaming, bringing together hundreds of teams and thousands of colleagues, who create trusted entertainment for millions of customers every week.
Role Overview:
Please note this role will include shifting and overnight work as the team provides round the clock support. This includes day, evening, weekend, public holiday, and overnight shifts, with overnight shifts typically occurring one week every eight weeks.
The Maintenance and Optimisation team is responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment & running of automations within the Flutter group. These automations are designed primarily using RPA (UiPath) technology. This involves QA/UAT testing, proactive & reactive maintenance of deployed processes, performance monitoring and reporting on key metrics. Much of the above serves to optimise our automations. However, it doesn't stop there. We not only want to optimise processes from a low-level technical perspective, but also our ways of working when it comes to solution design, resource allocation and reducing repetition through scalable reusable components. The effective management of these areas is another key responsibility of this team. We are looking for smart, hard-working and creative people, who are passionate about automation and want to help drive transformation within Flutter through automation technology.
