Job Description & Summary

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Strong knowledge of tax (WHT, IHT, VAT, CIT etc) and the ability to create processes that can be translated in the automated solutions.

Foundational understanding of modern Technology stacks and experience of leading on solution builds, including historical evidence of working on Technology builds at the basic developer level.

Understanding and demonstration of leading on solution builds in the Tax domain, across any number of Tax specialisms.

Evidence of stakeholder management and track record of delivery.

Strong communication skills.

Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:

• Accounting or tax qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CTA or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Al and machine learning applications in tax Technology.
• Understanding of ERP’s, data flows and functional Ops in Tax teams at our clients.
