Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership

As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor, influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance, building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.

You'll take on:

• Team coordination & daily planning

• Developing the performance of your colleagues

• Operational excellence and customer satisfaction

• Ownership of a key subdivision, ensuring day to day performance

Months 7–12 | Drive the Business

In your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.

You'll be responsible for:

• Sales analytics & KPI performance

• Inventory & commercial planning

• Layout optimization & store standards
