At Spiria, we build custom software solutions that make a real difference in our clients’ day-to-day operations. UX design plays a key role in this: from needs analysis to prototyping, our designers make sure every product is built around its users, not the other way around. - Help develop and improve design processes in an agentic AI context;
- Create application prototypes (help design and develop user-friendly, effective user experiences);
- Provide design support to development teams throughout project delivery;
- Take part in user testing, optimization and maintenance, and make recommendations to improve the user experience.
The keys to your success:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer;
- Experience in professional services and in designing solutions for consumers and businesses (B2C and B2B);
- Openness and curiosity to experiment with new AI-powered tools and processes;
- Significant experience with Figma (variables, design systems, auto layout);
- Experience gathering requirements from clients;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience designing mobile and responsive interfaces;
- Autonomy and strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to adapt quickly to meet deadlines;
- Bilingualism* (spoken and written);
- Any design experience in an agentic context is an asset.
Employment details:
- Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in-person), because what truly matters is not where you are, but what you do.
- Salary range: $68 000 to $86 000, based on a 37.5-hour workweek.
What we offer you:
- 3 weeks of vacation (or more, depending on experience);
- 5 days off over the holiday season;
- Flexible days off for personal reasons and life’s unexpected events;
- DPSP-RRSP program with employer contribution;
- Comprehensive group insurance plan;
- Telemedicine and employee assistance program through Dialogue;
- Reimbursement of training, certification and professional association fees;
- Annual Spiri-Flex reimbursement for health, ergonomics and connectivity expenses.
