The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

UX Designer
We are hiring a dynamic UX Designer to join our Salesforce on Salesforce UX design team. Our mission is to design meaningful, engaging, and accessible human-centered workplace experiences for our global workforce. As 'Customer Zero,' your job will be to solve our own internal business challenges by designing solutions directly on the Salesforce platform—proving the power of 'Salesforce on Salesforce' from the inside out. Salesforce on Salesforce works in small, focused teams tackling specific problems, building fast, and showing results weekly. We value systems thinking, thoughtful storytelling, collaboration, and a relentless drive to ship. To be successful in this role, you will bring a passion for craft, curiosity, and an eagerness to embrace our new AI-driven ways of working.

In Salesforce on Salesforce, we are fundamentally shifting our operating model: Everyone is a Builder. We don't see lines between roles; designers build, experiment with AI, and ship real things daily. You will immerse yourself in the end-to-end experience of your work, transforming insights into clear workflows, and shifting away from static mocks to demo-driven development where "a working demo beats a slide". If you want to use your UX skills to inspire teams, rapidly create amazing experiences, and set the standard for how AI changes work, we would love for you to join us!.
