Job Description:

Join Job Duck as an Overnight Intake Supervisor and lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional client support during overnight operations. In this role, you will balance hands on intake responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring that potential clients receive timely assistance and that internal processes are completed with accuracy and professionalism.

You will serve as both a working supervisor and a reliable resource for your team, stepping in when coverage is needed while monitoring performance and maintaining quality standards. Your ability to stay organized, lead by example, and provide operational support will have a direct impact on team success and client satisfaction.

This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional with leadership experience who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys developing efficient, high performing teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performs nightly quality spot checks and coordinates directly with the office’s morning reconciliation owner.

• Owns overnight performance across both slots: coverage, response times, record quality. Supervision overlap with the evening seats runs 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

• Process electronic signatures and documents that arrive overnight.

• Work the queue during quiet hours: batch data entry updates and lead record corrections assigned by the team.

• Monitor the after hours assistant’s captures as they land: verify each new lead created correctly in the system, complete and enrich the record, flag anything needing attorney review.

• Delivers a weekly overnight summary to the Client Services Manager: volumes, response times, and anything needing a process answer.

• Escalation point overnight, with a documented path to office leadership; places first callbacks 7:00 AM Eastern before shift end where appropriate.

• Respond to new web and chat leads immediately. Call while calling hours permit; otherwise, respond by text and email and place the lead at the top of the morning queue. Target: first response within 5 minutes.

Requirements:

• Checklist-driven

• Detail-obsessed

• Energized rather than drained by independent work

• Judgment about what wakes someone up versus what waits for the handoff note.

• +2 years of inside sales or phone-based selling experience

• Empathy with urgency

• English proficiency: Verbal and written

• Attention to detail

• Prior team lead or QA experience

• Comfortable owning a number, not just a task list.

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST, Monday to Thursday and Sunday
