At We., we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. We've learned that beneath even the most unruly situations — whether it's a global crisis, an emerging technology, or a sweeping organizational change—lies a simple human need. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.
We.’s North America Health Sector was founded by experienced leaders seeking a fresh approach. Recognized as “Outstanding Agency Practice” at the 2025 U.S. PRWeek Healthcare Awards, and as one of the 30 best healthcare PR Agencies in the world by PRovoke media in 2026, our team continues to grow and deliver award-winning work. We. offer comprehensive communications services to clients in pharma/biotech, life sciences, healthcare benefits/insurance, MedTech, healthcare IT and consumer health. We create programs that engage physicians, advocates, patients, regulators, policymakers, payors, and consumers.
We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead client accounts and play an important role in the growth of our Health Sector. The VP will report to the EVP of Global Growth & Integration and will support select new business initiatives and sector operations. The VP will also work closely with our EVP of the NA Heath Sector, SVP of Health Media and partner with leaders across the agency to drive integrated work and greater collaboration, including with our Consumer Sector, Tech Sector, Corporate Reputation & Brand Purpose (CRBP) Sector and We. Studio, the creative hub of our agency.
