A well-established, family-founded residential plumbing, heating, and air conditioning brand that has served Northern New Jersey for decades and has a loyal customer base and an excellent reputation. The business is part of a national, private equity-backed home-services platform that brings shared services, proven playbooks, and capital to grow.
We are hiring a senior operator to lead the next stage of growth at a brand with deep roots in its community. You will partner closely with the existing leadership team, own the growth agenda, and build toward full general management of the business.
The seat carries the scope and expectations of a General Manager: ownership of results, leadership of people, and the operating standard. It also asks for judgment. You will be joining a long-tenured team that built something worth protecting, and earning their trust is part of the job.
Industry background is not required. We care about whether you have owned results and led people who do hard, physical work.
$180,000 to $220,000 base salary, plus an annual bonus and a long-term incentive.
