- Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization, with the ability to inspire field Teams, present to executive leadership, and build cross-functional trust.
- Strategic and tactical thinker, equally comfortable crafting a multi-year growth strategy and rolling up your sleeves to diagnose a store-level performance issue.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, given Fogo's diverse Team Member base and multi-market operations.
Education
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
