Shape the Future of Customer Experience in APAC

We’re looking for an exceptional executive leader to shape the strategy, performance, and future of our Solutions Consulting organisation across Asia Pacific.

As Vice President, Solutions Consulting – APAC, you’ll lead a geographically diverse organisation through a team of senior leaders, partnering closely with Sales and other executive stakeholders to accelerate growth, strengthen customer outcomes, and ensure our solutions are differentiated in the market.

This is a highly visible leadership role. You’ll represent Solutions Consulting in senior sales and business forums, influence regional go-to-market strategy, and ensure the organisation continues to evolve as customer expectations, technology, and the competitive landscape change.

What You’ll Do

Set the strategy – Define and execute the vision, priorities, and operating model for Solutions Consulting across APAC, aligned with company strategy and regional growth opportunities.

Lead through leaders – Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Partner at the executive level – Work closely with Sales VPs and senior leaders across Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other functions to shape and execute regional growth strategies.

Represent Solutions Consulting – Be the voice of the APAC Solutions Consulting organisation in senior leadership forums, ensuring its perspective, priorities, capabilities, and successes influence business decisions.

Elevate customer and technical excellence – Ensure teams deliver outstanding customer engagements, from executive discovery and solution strategy through validation and value demonstration.

Influence through market insight – Bring together customer, industry, and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market decisions, product direction, and innovation.

Drive performance – Establish clear measures of success and use data to improve effectiveness, productivity, customer impact, and business outcomes across the organisation.

Lead through technology change – Keep the organisation at the forefront of innovation in customer experience, CCaaS, cloud, digital engagement, and AI, translating emerging capabilities into meaningful customer value.

What Sets You Apart

You’re an experienced executive leader who can combine strategic thinking with disciplined execution. You know how to lead leaders, influence peers, and create an environment where talented teams can perform at their best.

You’ll bring:

• Significant leadership experience within Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, technical sales, or a comparable customer-facing technology organisation, including experience leading multi-level teams at scale.
• A track record of building and executing strategy across complex, geographically distributed markets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer experience technologies, including CCaaS, cloud transformation, digital engagement, and AI.
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
• Demonstrated success building trusted partnerships with senior Sales, Product, and cross-functional leaders.
• A strong commercial mindset and focus on measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Experience leading organisational change and developing high-performing leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, technical sales, or related roles, with significant senior leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading large, geographically distributed and multi-level organisations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology platforms and complex solution-selling environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree welcomed.
• Singapore-based is preferred, given the regional scope of the role.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to have an impact at scale.

You’ll shape the future of Solutions Consulting across APAC, influence strategy at the highest levels, and lead an organisation that plays a critical role in helping customers transform how they engage with their customers.
