About Agentio
Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.
We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.
Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.
The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.
An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.
About the role
We’re looking for a Video Content Producer and Creator who is a natural storyteller, relentlessly prolific, and obsessed with making great content—not just planning it. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who can move from concept to edit to publish fast, and who has a sharp instinct for what resonates on social and traditional channels.
You’ll own content creation across Agentio’s brand, creator, and employee channels—producing everything from polished case studies, long-form content series, to lo-fi in-office clips to live event coverage. You’ll work directly with our creator network, marketing team, and leadership to turn Agentio into a social and content machine. This is a dream job for someone who is deeply embedded in the creator economy and wants to help build the company that’s powering it.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end video content production—concept, script, shoot, edit, and publish—across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X and emerging platforms.
Create content across formats and audiences: brand storytelling, creator spotlights, thought-leadership, employee content, case studies, event coverage, lo-fi office clips, and more.
Develop hooks, narratives, and formats that drive engagement and shareability—with a strong instinct for what stops the scroll.
Act as creative director on shoots: direct talent, manage creative vision, and oversee copy, film, and design elements.
Collaborate with our creator and marketer network to develop content that authentically represents the Agentio brand and community.
Build and iterate on a high-velocity content calendar, consistently shipping content while maintaining quality and brand voice.
Identify trends, formats, and platform shifts early and move quickly to capitalize on them.
Partner with leadership on social strategy, helping position Agentio as a category-defining voice in the creator economy.
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience creating video-first, social-native content—you have a portfolio that shows range and volume.
A storyteller at your core: you know how to build a narrative, craft a hook, and make people feel something.
Ability to translate technical or business topics into clear, human stories.
High-velocity producer: you’re comfortable moving fast, shipping often, and iterating in real time.
Fluent in short-form and long-form video across IG Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok—you understand what works on each platform and why.
Strong creative direction skills: you can direct on-camera talent, manage a shoot, and make aesthetic decisions with confidence.
Proficient in editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut—you can move fast and ship a polished cut without hand-holding.
B2C experience is welcome; B2B or startup experience is a bonus.
You have opinions about the creator economy—you’re not just making content about it, you’re living it.
Ability to travel for production.
What Success Looks Like
Agentio has a consistent, high-quality content presence across digital and social channels, that’s tailored to the ICP and medium.
Content drives real engagement—shares, follows, inbound interest—not just impressions.
You’ve built a repeatable content engine that scales without sacrificing quality or speed.
Agentio is recognized as a brand that truly understands creators—because our content proves it.
