**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a **Video Editor** Intern who understands internet culture, loves storytelling, and knows how to turn raw footage into content that people stop, watch, and share. This isn’t a traditional editing role. You'll work directly with founders, marketing, and creative teams to build campaigns, ads, social content, and brand stories that drive real business impact.
**What you’ll do?**
**Social & Performance Content**
* Create high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
* Edit ad creatives, product videos, testimonials and brand campaigns.
* Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos with compelling storytelling and pacing.
**Post-Production Excellence**
* Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
* Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and final mastering to ensure premium-quality output.
* Organize footage and maintain a structured editing workflow.
* Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.
**Creative Ideation**
* Stay on top of trends, memes, editing styles, and viral content formats.
* Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns and storytelling angles.
**What are we looking for?**
* 0-6 months of of professional video editing experience.
* Experience working with startups, D2C brands, agencies, creators, or content teams is preferred.
* Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content.
**Technical Skills**
You should be proficient in:
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* After Effects
* DaVinci Resolve
* CapCut
