Skyrocket Education Services is seeking an experienced Healthcare/Nursing CTE Teacher to inspire and prepare high school students for careers in the healthcare industry. Bring your real-world expertise and teaching experience into the classroom and help students connect what they learn today to their future careers.

What You’ll Do

• Teach healthcare/nursing concepts and industry skills to high school students.
• Deliver engaging instruction using a variety of teaching methods and technology.
• Guide students through assignments, projects, and career-focused learning.
• Evaluate student progress, maintain grades, and provide meaningful feedback.
• Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student success.
• Deliver instruction virtually.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional instructor or teaching experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare/nursing industry experience required.
• Current or eligible CTE credential in Health Science/Medical Technology preferred.
• RN, LVN, CNA, or healthcare professional with the ability and willingness to obtain a CTE credential.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using Google, Microsoft Office, and online learning platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Schedule

Part-Time | Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM–4:00 PM (Priority) and Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 PM -2:30 PM

Competitive Hourly Pay

• $30/hr. – No credential, but current relevant experience
• $35/hr. – Preliminary CTE credential
• $40/hr. – Cleared CTE credential
