Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.

This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

Cato Networks is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Cato’s management platform, Data Platform, and network and security operations portfolio. Your scope will include the Cato Management Application (CMA), Agentic CMA, XDR, XOPS, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), NOC capabilities, and posture management, as well as the Data Platform’s infrastructure and data products and the developer experience supporting Cato’s SASE platform.
You will shape how customers configure, monitor, secure, and operate their environments, delivering a unified management experience powered by AI, automation, and data. You will also guide the evolution of the data foundation and products that turn network, security, and operational telemetry into actionable insights.
You will lead the product organization for this area, working closely with the Research group, the PLG team in London, Engineering, DevOps, and SRE. In partnership with executive leadership, you will translate this vision into a clear roadmap that delivers intelligent management experiences, scalable platform and data capabilities, and measurable customer and business value.

Partner with the Research group and Engineering to translate research and emerging AI capabilities into practical, reliable experiences that simplify management and operations.
Collaborate with the PLG team in London to improve self-service experiences, accelerate time to value, and drive adoption and growth.
Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and SRE to prioritize infrastructure and developer experience investments that improve scalability, reliability, and development efficiency.
Engage directly with customers and partners to understand their management, network operations, security operations, and data needs, validate product direction, and guide prioritization.
Define success metrics and use customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights to guide investment decisions and continuous improvement.
Align stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, SE, Marketing, and Operations, leading product initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.
