- Strengthen Go-to-Market Alignment: Partner closely with the CRO and leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and other functions to align go-to-market priorities and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer: Bring customer and market insights into strategic discussions, helping influence positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product priorities.
- Manage Sales Investments: Own the sales budget across compensation, technology, training, travel, and other investments, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and deliver measurable returns.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the cybersecurity or AI technology industry, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Advanced expertise in sales strategy, sales leadership, and operational execution within a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of AI security concepts, including machine learning, threat detection, anomaly detection, and data protection.
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
