We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging. Consistent with this approach, we hire the best qualified candidates for all positions.
Edelman is looking for a Vice President of Social Strategy to join our team, supporting a leading national healthcare and wellness brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, creative, and collaborative social leader who understands how brands build relevance, strengthen reputations, and connect with audiences in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
In this role, you'll help shape social strategy at the intersection of consumer storytelling, corporate communications, and cultural insights, developing work that makes an impact. You'll partner with integrated teams across creative, strategy, earned media, paid, and analytics to deliver thoughtful, innovative social programs that drive meaningful business results.
We're looking for someone who brings a strong point of view on social, understands the role it plays in both brand building and reputation, and is excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of health, wellness, and culture. Previous healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is not required.
You're a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver who sees social as more than a channel. You understand how it can influence conversations, shape perceptions, and build lasting connections between brands and their audiences.
You bring curiosity, confidence, and a collaborative mindset to your work. You're equally comfortable advising senior clients, inspiring teams, and getting into the details of a strategy or presentation. You know how to balance big-picture thinking with practical execution and enjoy helping others do their best work.
At Edelman, we believe boldness is possibility, empathy is progress, and curiosity is momentum. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across disciplines, challenge conventional thinking, and help shape communications that build trust and create meaningful impact.
We value diverse perspectives, creative problem-solving, and a culture where people can learn, grow, and do their best work together.
