Job Description
You will be part of the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre that supports Trade Finance Operations Centers, with effective implementation of Technology changes,
reviewing Requirements from End User perspective, and ensure implementation through effective Testing, Training and Documentation.
Your key responsibilities are:
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 12 years of experience in financial institutions, preferably in Cash Management or Payments Operations.
Strong understanding of SWIFT standards (MT & MX), ISO 20022 formats, CBPR+, and cross‑border payment flows.
Operations and Project management experience is a must (Cash Management/ Trade Finance/ Loans/ Channels operations)
Solid experience in testing or test management, including UAT planning, test execution, and defect governance.
Experience in managing small team (5 to 10 people)
Proficient in TOSCA or similar enterprise testing tools.
Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., for analysis, documentation, or productivity) to improve UAT effectiveness is a plus
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
Experience managing and guiding teams; able to lead discussions and influence stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset—drives issues to closure and delivers within project timelines.
Ability to build strong working relationships across business, operations, technology, and project teams.
Mature, self‑driven individual with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
