About the Role

At Cannabis & Glass, our Retail Associates are the face of the brand. You'll guide customers through product selection, deliver expert cannabis education, and create an exceptional in-store experience every shift. If you love talking about cannabis and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment — this is the role for you.

We offer one of the best compensation packages in the industry: competitive hourly pay, tips that can exceed $80 per shift for top performers, and the largest employee cannabis discount you'll find anywhere.
