POSITION SUMMARY:

As a DC Outfitter, you'll put your physical stamina, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety to work helping receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship the gear our customers count on. Through cross-training across multiple departments, you'll build new skills, support your team, and help bring the outdoors to life for customers across the country.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Perform manual and physical job duties based on Distribution Center operational needs.
· Load or unload trailers by hand, including grills, tree stands, safes, kayaks, and other merchandise.
· Use scanners to read barcodes on labels and products.
· Fill customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching products to order requirements.
· Stock merchandise to ensure product availability.
· Pack customer orders for shipment.
· Select and verify products for fulfillment and route them to the next area or prepare them for shipment.
· Assign and maintain pick locations based on operational reports.
· Sort merchandise as appropriate.
· Process, ticket, and sort merchandise for retail locations.
· Process customer returns.
· Clean and repair different reel models and determine warranty eligibility when applicable.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Support other operational areas and special projects as needed.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climbing up and down step ladders throughout the shift.
· Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
· Ability to maintain productivity while working safely in a fast-paced environment.
· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
