About the Job
- Acts systematically and defines priorities to complete tasks according to a timeline and budget with milestones.
- Can foresee future challenges for the operations (e.g. Seasonality) and proactively plan solutions.
- Be able to link KPI performance to financial impact.
- Able to give and take appropriate positive and constructive feedback.
- Succession planning
- Coaching & Guidance
- Take effective decisions timely and autonomously.
- Support the HR department on recruitment for the operations.
- You are responsible for complying with the HWL Health and safety management systems policies and procedures.
- You are responsible for knowing your health and safety responsibilities as per the UAE health and safety regulations and complying with them throughout the duration of your work.
- Ensure work equipment provided to workers is safe
- All critical risks are assessed and controls implemented before the start of the work
- All necessary Personal protective equipment (PPE) made available to workers during work
- The required health and safety training provided to the worker
- In addition to your specific job responsibilities, you may be called upon to carry out specific assignments by your manager.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum knowledge on the safety and legal documentation processes for handling warehousing activities.
- Competent knowledge on utilizing the warehouse management system, email system and proved Microsoft office skills.
- Communicate professionally in English at a competent level(verbal and written)
