Position Summary:
Cerity Partners is one of the fastest-growing independent wealth management firms in the country, and our Albany family office practice sits at the center of that growth story. As a Wealth Planner on this team, you'll be a trusted partner to some of the most complex, multi-generational families in the region — working alongside senior advisors who are among the best in the business. You'll get rare, hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of family office services — financial planning, tax strategy, investment analysis, trust and estate coordination, and direct client relationships — all within a firm that combines the resources of a national platform with the intimacy and ownership culture of a boutique. At Cerity Partners, we believe great advisors are developed, not hired fully formed, and for candidates pursuing their CFP, CPA, or other credentials, this environment is purpose-built to help you get there. You'll be mentored by experienced practitioners, supported by a collaborative team with a "we over me" mentality, and empowered to take real ownership of your work from day one. If you're a self-starter energized by complexity who wants to build a career at the intersection of financial planning and family office advisory — this is your seat at the table.
