If you’re organised, comfortable coordinating a busy day and enjoy working with drivers, customers and colleagues to keep operations moving, this could be a great opportunity to join our team at Brayford. As Weighbridge Clerk, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the weighbridge and transport activities, helping ensure vehicles, drivers and resources are coordinated efficiently.
You’ll oversee the daily weighbridge function while supporting the coordination of transport plans. You’ll manage available fleet and driver resources across the sites and depots within your area, ensuring they are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
Communication will be central to the role. You’ll work closely with customers, drivers, maintenance teams, works and central planning colleagues to help deliveries run smoothly and on time.
