7+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry. / Proven track record in exceeding sales and business development targets. / Leadership experience, especially in managing teams, can be a valuable asset.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related.
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $95,000/yr - $110,000/yr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Airgas considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
