The Core HCM AMS Architect is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for providing functional expertise, solution leadership, and advisory support across Workday Core HCM within an AMS (Application Management Services) environment. This role partners closely with clients and internal delivery teams to ensure ongoing optimization, stability, and value realization of the Workday platform post-go-live. The Architect acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on enhancements, releases, roadmap strategy, and complex functional solutions.
