The role
The Workday Security & Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security within the Workday HCM ecosystem. This role ensures compliance, protects sensitive HR data, and supports business operations by configuring and optimizing security roles, business processes, and audit controls. The analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and internal audit teams to ensure Workday security meets organizational, regulatory, and audit requirements.
What you'll be responsible for
We're looking for someone who
• 5–07 years of experience in Workday security configuration and administration.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, domain and business process security, role-based access security, and security groups.
• Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data sensitivity, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting Workday semi-annual releases.
• Ability to analyze, document, and communicate complex technical security requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• 05–07 years total experience with at least 6–8 years in Workday.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM plus 2+ additional modules.
• Strong experience in Workday security, configuration, integrations, and tenant management.
• Experience leading Workday releases, regression cycles, and change control.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight skills.
