- Manage integration scope and client expectations throughout the implementation.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, vendors, and system integration partners to achieve shared project objectives.
- Identify, manage, and escalate integration risks and issues while developing alternative technical or functional approaches when required.
- Review integration architectures, designs, and deliverables for consistency, quality, security, and alignment with project standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, methodologies, and reusable solutions based on project experience.

- Strong project management capabilities, including managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discovery sessions, explain technical concepts clearly, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Strong ownership and follow-through, with a consistent ability to deliver high-quality work with limited oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Workday integration certification is preferred.
