About Us:
YipitData is the leading market research and analytics firm for the disruptive economy and recently raised up to $475M from The Carlyle Group at a valuation over $1B.
We analyze billions of alternative data points every day to provide accurate, detailed insights on ridesharing, e-commerce marketplaces, payments and more. Our on-demand insights team uses proprietary technology to identify, license, clean and analyze the data many of the world’s largest investment funds and corporations depend on.
For three years and counting, we have been recognized as one of Inc’s Best Workplaces. We are a fast-growing technology company backed by The Carlyle Group and Norwest Venture Partners. Our offices are located in NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, Seattle, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Singapore. We cultivate a people-centric culture focused on mastery, ownership, and transparency.
About the Role:
At YipitData, we believe that a great employee experience is built on thoughtful support, seamless operations, and meaningful opportunities for connection. As our Workplace Experience Associate for India/APAC, you will play a key role in creating an engaging, well-supported, and productive workplace experience for our employees across the region.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for workplace-related requests and questions from India/APAC-based employees, ensuring that issues are addressed efficiently and tracked through resolution. You will also help coordinate regional events, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and workplace logistics that bring our teams together and strengthen our people-centric culture.
Working closely with the global Workplace Experience (WX) team, you will help deliver consistent workplace programs while tailoring activities and communications to the needs, interests, and cultures of our India/APAC employees. This is an opportunity for a proactive, highly organized individual who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and creating positive experiences for others in a fast-growing, global technology company.
This is a fully remote opportunity based in India. Standard working hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day workplace operations by being the first point of contact for workplace requests, issues, and questions from India/APAC-based employees. Maintain a ticketing system for office issues and track them through resolution. Own the procurement of relevant supplies, equipment, and SWAG.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives by leading the planning and execution of an annual schedule of remote engagement opportunities tailored to local interests and culture. Oversee India/APAC Hub and NODE events and support the execution of YipitData’s regional India/APAC gathering and other in-person programming.
Coordinate event logistics and employee experiences by helping manage on-site event requirements, including room setup, catering, signage, A/V, and attendee experience. Coordinate employee recognition programs and gifting initiatives.
Provide administrative and team support by supporting the global WX team as needed and helping draft communications and updates for India/APAC-based employees about workplace programs and developments.
You have 1–2 years of experience in workplace experience, events management, office management, or a related field — ideally in a high-growth tech or professional services environment.
You are a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise and takes ownership of issues from identification through resolution.
You have hands-on experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship building.
You’re comfortable with project management — you’ve led complex projects and can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for creating and improving processes and documentation.
You communicate clearly and effectively across all levels — from building engineers to C-suite executives — and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with workplace tools (e.g., OfficeSpace, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira/ticketing systems).
What We Offer:
