The role:
Crown Resorts is in the midst of exciting transformation, and we’re looking for a Workplace Relations Business Analyst to help us embed smarter and better ways of working. You'll play a key role in translating Workplace Relations obligations, enterprise agreements, awards and business requirements into innovative workforce and payroll solutions that support thousands of team members across our Sydney, Melbourne & Perth properties.
This opportunity sits at the intersection of Workplace Relations, Technology, Payroll and Workforce Planning - turning complex industrial requirements into practical, scalable system solutions that drive compliance, efficiency and exceptional employee experiences, whilst ensuring Crown’s systems accurately reflect industrial obligations.
From translating legislation into system logic, to testing, validating and implementing new workforce solutions, your expertise will directly influence how work gets done across the organisation.
This role can be based in Melbourne or Perth.
