At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

• When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
• As part of the SAP Human Capital team you will lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, transforming clients’ core Human Resources functions. As a Manager you will supervise and develop teams, manage client accounts, and drive engagement workstreams while delivering quality deliverables and cultivating meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 to 11 years of SuccessFactors EC implementation or support
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
