They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients. Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you are going to coordinate day-to-day activities of operational systems and processes for cloud Managed Service Delivery. As an Associate you are going to focus on continuous improvement and enhancement of services, while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver quality service delivery.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 to 8 years of experience with more than one Database technology
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
