As a Manager in Digital Core Modernization (DCM) - SAP Ariba, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and configuration of SAP Procurement modules to streamline procurement processes
- Managing supplier relationships and contract management using SAP Ariba and SAP Vendor Management tools
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of Source to Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and support seamless integration of business applications
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for spend analysis and supplier relationship management
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team adoption of new practices
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Validating compliance with professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
