Your Opportunity
Looking for a role where your administration skills can make a genuine difference in your local community?
Mission Australia is seeking an organised, customer-focused Administration Officer to join the Coffs Harbour Mission Australia Centre (MAC). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established community hub that connects individuals and families with the services, support, and resources they need to thrive. This position offers the security of a full-time, 5-day-per-week contract through to February 2027, with the opportunity to continue in the role 3 days per week beyond February 2027, subject to operational requirements.
As the welcoming face of the Centre, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for community members, visitors, and service providers. Working closely with the Centre Coordinator and wider team, you'll provide high-quality reception and administrative support that helps keep the Centre running smoothly and efficiently.
No two days will be the same as you support a busy and purpose-driven environment focused on strengthening community connections and improving outcomes for people experiencing disadvantage.

Requirements for Success
You are an experienced administrator who thrives in a people-focused environment. You enjoy building positive relationships, have excellent attention to detail, and are passionate about providing outstanding support to both colleagues and community members.
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
