Your Impact & Contribution

As a Senior Manager within the Home Buying Analytics team, you'll combine people leadership with deep analytical expertise to uncover meaningful insights, influence strategic decisions and drive better customer outcomes. You'll lead a team of talented analytics professionals while remaining hands-on in delivering high-impact reporting, analysis and data-driven recommendations. In this role, you may expect to:

• Deliver meaningful insights, reporting and analytical outcomes that support Home Buying business priorities.
• Remain hands-on with analytics delivery, partnering within squads and across teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Coach and mentor team members through career development, performance conversations and capability uplift initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making through compelling data storytelling and insights.
• Drive consistency in analytical practices, frameworks, standards and ways of working across the chapter.
• Use data, metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stronger business outcomes.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation across the broader Data Analytics community.
