This role is focused on driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships across the US and Canadian markets.
You will manage a portfolio of high-value partners while identifying new opportunities to expand revenue and market presence.
The position combines relationship management, performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign strategy in a fast-paced international environment.
You will develop tailored growth plans, optimize partner performance, and create campaigns aligned with seasonal and regional opportunities.
Success in the role will be measured through revenue growth, ROAS, AOV, partner engagement, and the quality of long-term relationships.
You will work closely with affiliate partners, content creators, and internal stakeholders to build scalable, performance-driven partnerships.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and other revenue-driving opportunities across target markets.
Manage a portfolio of up to 80–100 affiliate partners, creating individual account plans and quarterly growth roadmaps.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners through regular business reviews, planning sessions, feedback meetings, and structured touchpoints.
Monitor affiliate performance using metrics such as revenue, ROAS, and AOV, identifying opportunities for growth and potential risks including declining performance, fraud, or inactivity.
Develop and execute revenue acceleration initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, exclusive offers, volume-based commission structures, and cross-selling opportunities across markets.
Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and applicable guidelines across online channels.
Identify strategic partnership opportunities that can strengthen market presence and generate sustainable revenue growth.
Use market trends and performance insights to continuously improve affiliate strategies and partner outcomes.
Currently located in Canada or the United States.
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and strategic partnerships, particularly working with content creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, blogs, or similar channels.
Proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that generate measurable revenue across global markets.
Experience managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns in the US and/or Canadian markets.
Native or professional C1-level English proficiency, with strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficiency with the Impact affiliate platform and strong knowledge of SEO tools, particularly Ahrefs.
Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to use Excel and Google Analytics to identify insights and drive partnership growth.
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Solution-oriented, proactive, dynamic, ambitious, and comfortable taking ownership of growth initiatives.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Digital marketing or technical certifications are a plus.
Existing connections within the technology or travel industries are an advantage.
