About the Role: 

The ideal candidate should possess 10-15 years of experience in AHU sales, with well-established relationships across contractors, distributors, and MSME customers. Strong technical expertise in AHUs, including component selection, solution design, and commercial proposal preparation is highly required. The candidate should have significant Pan-India market exposure, covering at least 2-3 major regions, along with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and a strong industry network. A willingness to travel extensively is required. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of managing a business portfolio of approximately USD 5-6 million and driving growth in line with Carrier's business objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Summary:

Supervises entry or intermediate level Field Sales employees. Coordinates field sales activities and set day-to-day goals and objectives for field sales team. Responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans to establish field sales strategies.

Job Description:

• Establish and develop professional relationships with existing accounts and prospects to understand and meet the customer needs within the bounds of contracted scope.
• Prepares the business development activities for existing and prospective accounts to support the business strategy defined by leadership.
• Develops bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, participates in negotiating with potential customers and maintains customer relationships to win projects.
• Identifies potential opportunities with existing and prospective accounts, discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services to create new client base and increase sales.
• Creates new business proposals for existing and prospective accounts, advises the product line, identifies value, and addresses resistance to develop business.
• Supports the management team representative on existing and prospective accounts. Maintain personal long-term customer relationships to influence existing and future opportunities.
• Maintains personal pipeline and customer log hunting for opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

10 to 15 years of specialized knowledge of technical and Sales practices of AHU Segment across India.
