Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.

Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post‑sale experience
Drive adoption of Cursor by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goals
Guide customers on best practices for rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement
Serve as the customer’s voice internally and influence roadmap priorities
Provide strategic account planning and regular business reviews with VP‑ and CTO‑level stakeholders
Monitor account health, usage patterns, and product engagement to drive renewals and expansion
You have strong communication skills and executive presence, and are comfortable whiteboarding with developers and pivoting to value with a CTO
You have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering org structures
You are fluent in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity (even if you haven’t been a full‑time engineer)
You are customer‑obsessed with a knack for strategic thinking and problem‑solving
You thrive in a startup environment: scrappy, proactive, and adaptable
You have experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Consulting for enterprise software
