ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join our customer success team, specializing in the AI security space. As a post-sales Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization of our AI security solutions. You will work directly with customers after the sale to understand their environments, integrate our technology into their workflows, and help them iterate quickly to maximize security and performance outcomes.
Your ability to collaborate with customers, leverage modern technologies (cloud, containerization, networking), and translate feedback into actionable improvements will make you a trusted advisor and a key contributor to our long-term customer relationships.
WHO WE ARE:
HiddenLayer protects the world’s most valuable technologies from adversarial AI attacks. We were founded by AI professionals and security specialists with first-hand experience of how insidious adversarial AI attacks can be to detect and defend against. Determined to prove that these attacks were preventable, the team developed a unique, patent-pending, productized solution to support organizations in accelerating their adoption of AI securely.
Our dedication to innovation has been recognized by prestigious awards such as RSA's Innovation Sandbox Winner, CB Insights AI 100, CyberTech 100, and SC's Most Promising Early-Stage Start-up.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Customer Onboarding & Deployment: Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments of our AI security solutions, ensuring seamless integration into their environments (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid).
- Technical Guidance & Iteration: Provide expert technical consultation on infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud networking. Help customers rapidly iterate and adopt best practices for secure AI operations.
- Customer Success Ownership: Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring customers derive ongoing value, achieve their security objectives, and successfully scale their deployments.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, optimize configurations, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Enablement & Training: Deliver hands-on workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation to empower customer teams to be self-sufficient with our products.
- Feedback Loop: Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams to inform roadmap priorities and product enhancements.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Proven experience in a post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering role (AI, security, or cloud-based products preferred).
- Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; familiarity with Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including cloud networking concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Python programming experience required; familiarity with AI/ML workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps tools) is a plus.
- Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through iterative solution design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about helping customers succeed.
