As an App Factory - Cloud (AWS) - Associate, you will engage in the dynamic world of software and product innovation, focusing on software engineering within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of cloud solutions and drive impactful results. Within our Software Engineering practice, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge applications that leverage AWS technologies to meet client needs.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS to enhance software engineering processes
- Collaborating with teams to support client engagement and deliver quality software products
- Participating in application development and lifecycle management to optimize performance and functionality
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to create efficient and scalable applications
- Engaging in debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software issues and improve system reliability
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Applying continuous integration and delivery methodologies to streamline software deployment
- Analyzing business requirements to inform software design and development strategies
- Supporting enterprise application architecture and integration to facilitate seamless operations
- Contributing to business process improvement initiatives through software solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- 2yrs of work experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing skills in Java, Python, and JavaScript programming languages
- Engaging in application development using platforms like Appian and Mendix
- Applying knowledge of microservices architecture and enterprise application integration
- Excelling in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
- Participating in software troubleshooting and quality assurance testing
