We are looking for an Art Outsourcing Specialist to join our team. You will take an operational role at the center of Dream Games' external art pipeline, managing the day-to-day execution of vendor review cycles, asset tracking, and feedback quality across simultaneous outsource relationships. You will work closely with the Art Outsource team and internal art teams, acting as the communication layer between Dream Games and its external studios by translating review feedback into clear, specific, and action-ready notes. You will ensure every asset moves through the pipeline with the documentation and accountability it needs to hit quality and delivery targets. This is a quality-and-process role for someone with a trained eye for 2D/3D art, strong communication skills, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple live productions.
At Dream Games, all team members have a genuine chance to contribute to the final product and have an impact on the company. If you want to be a team member of a fast-growing company, you might be the person we are looking for!
