The Associate Data & Reporting Analyst provides ownership of GuideStone Advisors ("GSA") operational reporting, analytics, and business intelligence in support of the GuideStone Advisors operations team. The role is responsible for evaluating current operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing reporting, automation, and workflow solutions that improve visibility into capacity, service levels, efficiency, advisor satisfaction, and performance metrics. The Associate Data & Reporting Analyst supports automation initiatives and strengthens data-driven decision making for the GSA team to continue to rapidly grow and expand our service offerings to faith-focused investors. The Associate Data & Reporting Analyst demonstrates the enterprise driver of Drives Impact by delivering data-driven insights that advance enterprise strategy and enable meaningful outcomes. What You'll Need:
0-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field; basic skill set and proficiency.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; preferred degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
Limited travel (0-10% of time).
Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, including pivot tables, look-up functions, data analysis techniques, and data manipulation.
Exceptional accuracy and detail orientation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in wealth management operations.
Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters.
