Associate in IT (Internal Firm Services)

• Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
• participation in global teams to support colleagues from the CEE region

• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
