DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our consumer business at DoorDash. The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
The Consumer Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will report to the DashPass Retention & Member Experience Marketing Lead and help shape the next generation of DashPass member vale. You'll support the development and launch of new member benefits designed to increase engagement, strengthen retention, and make DashPass more valuable in members' everyday lives. Working closely with Product, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, and CRM partners, you'll help identify customer needs, develop compelling member value propositions, and bring new benefits to market through thoughtful go-to-market planning and experimentation. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives while helping define the future of one of DoorDash's fastest-growing businesses.
