As a Senior Associate in Assurance Deployment, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on talent and development, collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective talent identification and training initiatives
- Utilizing workforce analytics to inform strategic forecasting and resource allocation decisions
- Developing staffing models and plans to validate efficient project resource management
- Building meaningful stakeholder relationships to anticipate and address diverse perspectives and needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and foster personal growth
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Reflecting on personal strengths and development areas to enhance self-awareness and professional skills

What You Must Have

- Any Graduate
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Demonstrating skills in Demand Management and Project Resource Allocation
