As an Azure + Databricks Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform to facilitate efficient data processing and transformation
- Developing data integration solutions to support seamless data flow across various systems and platforms
- Building and maintaining data infrastructure to enable robust data analysis and insights generation
- Utilizing Apache Airflow for orchestrating complex workflows and managing data dependencies
- Optimizing database performance through query optimization and performance tuning techniques
- Confirming data quality and validation by applying data anonymization and data validation methods
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth
- Leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for scalable data architecture development
- Implementing data security best practices to safeguard sensitive information within data systems
- Guiding junior team members in data engineering practices and fostering a collaborative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
