This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Demand Generation Leader based in United States.
As the first leader dedicated to B2B demand generation, you will build a scalable function from the ground up across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.
You will define the strategy, technology ecosystem, operating model, and team needed to create a repeatable pipeline engine.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, initially focusing on SMB, mid-market, and selected enterprise opportunities.
You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Campaign Strategy, Data, and technology leaders to connect demand programs directly to revenue outcomes.
With established brands, an existing sales motion, and a large self-service customer base already in place, you will focus on accelerating and scaling proven commercial foundations.
This is a greenfield leadership opportunity for an experienced B2B SaaS demand-generation builder who enjoys creating teams, systems, and measurable growth engines.
The position is remote and offers significant influence over marketing strategy, technology, processes, and the evolution of the broader go-to-market organization.
Accountabilities:
- Build and lead the B2B demand-generation function and team across the product portfolio, initially prioritizing key B2B products and revenue opportunities.
- Design and execute integrated account-based marketing, lead-generation, and nurture programs for SMB, mid-market, and selected enterprise audiences.
- Establish MQL, sourced-pipeline, and funnel-conversion targets in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and business-unit leaders, and take ownership of delivery against those goals.
- Define and continuously improve target-account selection, qualification, lead scoring, routing, sales handoffs, and follow-up service-level agreements.
- Partner with go-to-market leaders, Product Marketing, and Campaign Strategy to translate ideal customer profiles, positioning, and business priorities into effective campaigns and sales-ready assets.
- Build robust attribution and reporting capabilities that track conversion from demand source through sales-accepted opportunities, optimizing performance by campaign, source, segment, and product.
- Evaluate existing people, processes, and technology, then redeploy, hire, and develop talent as needed to create a scalable organization.
- Establish repeatable operating cadences and collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Data, and technology leadership to strengthen the demand-generation infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including direct experience building and scaling a demand-generation function from an early stage; B2B SaaS experience is required.
- Demonstrated success generating measurable sourced pipeline for sales-assisted SMB, mid-market, and/or enterprise motions through ABM, lead generation, and nurture programs.
- Strong experience partnering as a peer with Sales and Revenue Operations and defining, defending, and improving MQL criteria, scoring, routing, handoffs, SLAs, and pipeline commitments.
- Hands-on builder and people leader who can personally design and execute programs before a team is fully established, then recruit, coach, and scale the organization.
- Strong command of modern MarTech and Revenue Operations systems, attribution, funnel analytics, and demand-generation technology, with the ability to contribute to technology-stack and data-architecture decisions.
- Comfortable operating in multi-product and multi-business-unit environments with different go-to-market motions; product-led growth-to-sales-assisted or enterprise experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong customer and market orientation, executive-level communication skills, and fluent English.
- U.S. location is preferred, while candidates in Western Europe may also be considered if they have meaningful U.S. customer exposure and can provide Eastern Time overlap; regular travel is expected.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience with document or workflow software is a plus.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $180,000–$220,000 USD.
- Flexible working environment with remote and hybrid options and access to office hubs in multiple countries.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities and stock options.
- Professional development through courses, conferences, learning resources, and opportunities for internal career growth.
- Country-specific health and well-being benefits, including health coverage, wellness programs, and fitness options.
- Quarterly company-wide Mental Health Days.
- Family-friendly support, including flexibility for parents, family-focused initiatives, and a pet-friendly approach.
- Support for charitable initiatives and employee-selected causes through a dedicated giving program.
- Culture of open communication, including opportunities to engage in team discussions and company-wide leadership Q&A sessions.
