At Composio, we are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work including Github, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, etc. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search, that help us provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools.
We raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed with some incredible angels like Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of Hubspot), Gokul Rajaram. Beginning of this year we 3x our ARR, our customers range from your friends in the YC batch to Wabi, Glean, Zoom and many more.
embed with customers and prospects to understand what they are actually trying to build with agents
turn messy conversations into demos, docs, workflows, distribution ideas, and product feedback
work backwards from the market into the product without pretending every problem is a sales problem
write sharp notes after calls so engineering, growth, and founders know what changed
use Composio and agents aggressively to automate your own research, outreach, follow-up, and reporting
if you are very good, nothing is a must per-se
market sense - you can tell when a customer is describing a real workflow versus repeating a buzzword
operator - you are comfortable doing unglamorous work quickly and making it legible for the rest of the team
ai native - you use agents every day and have opinions about where they break
typist - you can write concise notes, docs, and outbound that does not sound generated
human - you build trust and admit what you do not know
worked in founder-led GTM, customer success, solutions, or product operations
built internal tools or workflows for yourself
strong taste for internet-native distribution
