About This Position
Under general supervision, this position performs professional level work involving research and analysis of a variety of routine/semi routine administrative and operational support duties in the area of project management, quality management, performance measurement, change management and business process improvement. Provides support and assistance to senior process consultants, auditors and team leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Annual Salary Range: $65,510.00 - $81,890.00
Days and Hours:
Monday – Friday.
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Hours may vary due to operational needs. An alternative schedule and remote work/telework options are available, but the position requires a minimum of 40% per week in the office standard.
Driving Requirement:
This position requires a Valid Texas Class C driver's license or the ability to acquire one by your hire date. External New Hires must meet the City of Austin's Driver Record Evaluation (DRE) requisite. To be considered for a driving position, applicants cannot have more than three moving violations or a total of six Driver Record Evaluation points within a period of thirty-six (36) months.
