- Track progress against actions, milestones, and expected outcomes, escalating barriers when needed.
- Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and verify that updates are adopted effectively and on time.
- Use continuous improvement methods to help teams strengthen performance, standardize work, and sustain gains.
- Facilitate workshops, Kaizens, and other improvement activities that accelerate problem solving and implementation.
- Document progress, lessons learned, and results so improvements can be shared and repeated across the organization.
How will you do it?
- You will own your work with a strong sense of accountability, safety, and integrity, making sure actions are followed through and results are visible.
- You will stay close to the work, understand what is happening on the floor or with the customer, and remove barriers that slow progress.
- You will use data, root-cause thinking, and practical problem solving to improve performance every day.
- You will work as one team, building trust across functions and encouraging diverse perspectives to reach better solutions.
- You will use Johnson Controls Continuous Improvement and Production system practices, including JCBS tools such as Kaizens, Just Do It improvements, and workshop-based problem solving, where applicable.
