As Category Ops Innovation Manager (gn), you bring the Ops perspective into new products in your category from the very first idea, e.g. bars, protein powder or vitamins. You bring experience in planning or procurement and are looking for a role with high visibility and growth potential? Then get in touch and become part of the team.

 

Your mission

• You are the central Ops contact for your category from Gate 1 to Gate 3
• You run feasibility and capacity checks internally and with external manufacturers
• You keep an early eye on supplier risks and capacity, together with Procurement
• You hold veto rights together with Product when Ops readiness is missing
• You hand over to Supply & Demand Planning ahead of Gate 3
• You report directly to the Director Strategy & Transformation

 

Your experience & skills

• You have a degree in supply chain, business or similar, or a comparable qualification
• You have approx. 4–7 years of planning experience in food or consumer goods
• You have experience with internal and external production or co-manufacturing
• You have sound judgment on make-or-buy decisions
• You are a strong communicator who convinces without formal authority
• You are fluent in German and English
