Building great software takes more than writing code. It takes teams working together and too often, the information they need is scattered across tools, conversations, and systems.
PlayerZero is an AI platform that connects work across enterprise Support, Engineering, Product, QA, and SRE teams, helping them resolve issues faster, improve software quality, and plan what to build next.
At its core is our Engineering World Model: a living understanding of a company’s software, how it runs, and the people and decisions behind it. By connecting codebases, tickets, production telemetry, and the conversations that shape the work, our model links what software is intended to do with how it actually behaves in production. and learns from where the two diverge.
Our agents (we call them Players:) use that context to take on work across the software lifecycle. They learn from each outcome, earning trust and taking on more responsibility over time.
We’re building a future where AI plays an active role in how teams plan, build, and run software. We’re looking for people across disciplines to help shape
As a Channel Solutions Engineer, you’ll help our channel partners use PlayerZero to deliver better outcomes for their clients. Build and own channel partner certification. Define practical standards for presales and delivery roles, develop assessments, and certify engineers’ readiness to lead customer engagements independently.
Create reusable technical resources. Build reference architectures, demo environments, playbooks, and delivery patterns that channel partners can apply across clients.
Support joint pursuits and delivery. Lead technical work on early engagements, progressively transition ownership to channel partner teams, and review solution designs and delivery plans.
Resolve escalations and strengthen channel partner capability. Address complex technical questions and turn lessons from engagements into guidance channel partners can use independently.
Drive channel partner outcomes. Work with channel partnerships on joint account plans, pursuit priorities, and programs that recognize channel partner engineers’ contributions. Track technical readiness, certifications, channel partner-led wins, and go-lives.
Bring channel partner insight into PlayerZero. Share channel partner and client feedback with Product, Field Engineering, and Marketing to improve the platform and supporting resources.
Experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or channel partner solutions architect, ideally in developer tools, DevOps, observability, security, or cloud infrastructure.
Strong technical fundamentals across cloud, application architecture, data flow, CI/CD, APIs, and security, with the ability to assess client environments and engage credibly with senior engineers.
Experience working inside or alongside a global consultancy, systems integrator, or business process outsourcing firm, with an understanding of how services businesses sell, staff, and deliver engagements.
A track record of developing other technical professionals through coaching, practice development, or technical enablement programs.
The ability to deliver live technical demonstrations, troubleshoot in the moment, and teach others to do the same.
The ability to connect technical capabilities to client outcomes and channel partner business value, and work effectively with delivery and practice leadership.
